Hi! I’m Staci. NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Women's Fitness Specialist, and owner of Alynd Fitness.
As a parent, I know how hard it can be to prioritize yourself. After struggling with postpartum depression, I found strength and healing through fitness and nutrition. Now, I’m on a mission to help other parents feel strong, confident, and healthy—without extreme diets or workouts.
