The Rooted & Rising series was built from personal experience — the understanding that real, lasting wellness comes from integrating movement, breath, nutrition coaching, sleep, stress management, and mindset into one cohesive practice. This holistic approach also emphasizes the importance of strength training for women within our wellness programs.

ROOTED

BUILD YOUR FOUNDATION - 6 WEEKS


A complete 6 week reset built around six wellness pillars. Through our wellness programs, you'll reconnect your breath, diaphragm, and pelvic floor; build core coordination through three progressive movement phases (weeks 1-2, 3-4, 5-6); and develop lasting habits in nutrition coaching, sleep, stress management, and mindset—supported by a private community every step of the way. Additionally, this program offers elements of strength training for women to enhance your overall wellness journey.

RISING

STRENGTH & PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD - 6 WEEKS


This comprehensive 6-week introduction to strength training for women is designed to be done safely and with intention. By incorporating nutrition coaching alongside the breath, alignment, and pelvic floor foundations established in Part One, you'll learn and progress through seven foundational lifts: squat, single arm row, deadlift, pushup, woodchop, and side plank—building real strength from the inside out as part of our wellness programs.

Each wellness program includes seven movements, progressed intentionally across six weeks. Part One builds breath-to-movement coordination and pelvic floor integration. Part Two introduces foundational strength training for women — taught safely using the alignment and control you've already built, alongside nutrition coaching to support your overall health.
